How can I help you?
Are you wanting to improve your health? Maybe you want to lose weight, or maybe you’ve had a baby, or you’ve gone through menopause and need to gain back some control, maybe you just want to start a healthy habit that lasts or build strength to combat the effects of aging. If you need guidance with your health and fitness goals, I offer one-to-one gym sessions and run fitness classes at a few locations in the Peak District. In addition to my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I have also acquired my Safe Exercise For Pregnant/Postpartum Women qualification and I’m a few years deep into a Bachelor of Nutrition so you may get some extra tips and tricks along the way!

I run a few classes in the Hope Valley:
MONDAY 10am – Strength Class – Tideswell Community Hall – £10 or £37 for 4 classes. This class is catered towards people wanting to start building strong foundations and learn a variety of exercises to encourage strong and stable muscles, bones and joints. If you are wanting to start building strength but are unsure what to do, this class is for you! We gather at Tideswell Lounge after for coffee so if you’re struggling during class, there is a cup of coffee and a treat on the horizon!
MONDAY 6:30pm – Strength Class – Best You Fitness, Hathersage – bookings required through the gym. This strength class caters to all levels. The gym provides a wide variety of weights so you can start where you are whether you are using 2kg or 10kg. This class is 45 minutes and is all about slow and controlled exercises for building strong, stable muscles and joints.
THURSDAY 6:30pm – Get Lean – Best You Fitness, Hathersage – bookings required through the gym. If you fancy a little cardio blast then join us Thursday evenings! We have battle ropes, sled, ski erg, a variety of weights, and more. Go at your own pace on a 45 minute circuit style class and enjoy the endorphin rush!
More classes will be added soon!

Each one-to-one session is a one hour session with a personalised program tailored to your needs.

If you are pregnant or have had a baby recently and you’re not sure where to start when it comes to safe exercise then I’m here to help! On top of my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I have also acquired my certification in safe exercise for pregnant and postpartum women. I had my daughter in May 2026 and have had to rebuild my pelvic floor and core strength before returning to the gym. Maintaining strength during pregnancy and activating core and pelvic muscles was a whole new realm of exercise that was unfamiliar to me yet these are some of the circumstances in which health and exercise are vital for building strong foundations to support life events. My attitude towards pregnancy and postpartum exercise is to go slowly, adjust where you need to, get your basic foundations in place, and don’t rush the process.
Packages and Programs:
Pregnancy Program: Start building strength to prep for birth and Mum life on the other side. We will tweak exercises with each trimester and make sure you have strong foundations in place to bosh out your baby! You’ve got this.
Pay as you go: £40 per session
8 weeks: £300 (save £20!)
12 weeks: £440 (save £40!)
The Rebuild: This program is designed to help you regain pelvic floor strength and control, switch your core on and help activate your deep core muscles. We will take it slow and tailor all exercises to your unique postpartum journey. These sessions can be conducted at Vector Fitness in Calver, my home in Eyam, or from your home depending on location with a £5 fee per session for travel. Babies are welcome!
Pay as you go: £40 per session
8 weeks: £300 (save £20!)
12 weeks £440 (save £40!)
*Before we dive into a program, I highly recommend booking a session with Sarah Titman at Baslow Physiotherapy – Sarah specializes in pelvic floor health and assesses everything from abdominal wall separation, c-section checks and scar therapy, guidance on strengthening and loading your deep core, internal evaluation of tissues and muscles (and whether or not they are switched on!). I booked a few sessions with Sarah after I had my daughter and it brought so much clarity to know what was happening on the inside. Healing takes time and it’s important to understand where your body is at after bub has arrived.
